Cancellation Policy

Please note – the cancellation policy is as follows:

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, that’s absolutely fine as long as you give me 24 hours notice.

No Shows:

If you don’t turn up for your appointment (e.g. you forget), unfortunately I would need you to pay for it in full.

This doesn’t apply if you are taken ill at short notice but if that is the case, please try to give me as much warning as you can.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Please call me as soon as possible if you know you are running late and depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session.
