I’ve been going to Paula in the last year for various fertility issues and have experienced her fertility massage which was very relaxing and well recommended , from that we decided the best treatment for me was fertility reflexology which was perfect as I suffer a lot from stress and worrying and this helped keep me relaxed and feel pampered . Paula was also a great comfort when I needed to talk about my fertility journey. I also have the relaxing reflexology which was an extra 15 mins of pampering focusing not just on fertility, pure bliss. I am currently in my first trimester of pregnancy so waiting until my second trimester to start pregnancy massages. I have been visiting Paula for massage since I was pregnant with my first child 7 years ago. I am now not pregnant but absolutely love Paula’s beautiful set up and her professional approach. As a physiotherapist and massage therapist myself, I find it hard to relax during a treatment from someone else, but Paula has a perfect balance between working on areas that need work on, and making the treatment relaxing and enjoyable. I first saw Paula in late pregnancy when I was experiencing severe back pain. That was three and a half years ago and I now see her on a regular basis to keep my back and neck pain-free. Her massages are the best. Whilst they are perfect for relieving aches and pains, her techniques also make for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. She was my saviour when heavily pregnant and she continues to keep me mobile and pain free.
