Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling  policy in effect at all times.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, and are unable to send a friend or family member in your stead, the full cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

Arriving on Time/Session Length

Session lengths include intake, treatment and home care discussion.

Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, and I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and the cost for full length of the session booked will still be due.

Consultation Form Policy:

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form sent to your email when you booked appointment at least 6 hours before your session.

Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill it out at the office so as not to cut into your session.
