Cancellation Policy

Please note - the cancellation policy is as follows:

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments will prevent me from accommodating other clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention.

No Shows:

If you do not turn up for your appointment (e.g. you forget), unfortunately, I would need you to pay for it in full.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Please call me as soon as possible if you know you are running late and depending upon how late you arrive.

I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment.

But you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session.
