When making a reservation/booking the voucher number must be quoted. The actual gift must be presented at arrival.
Any reservation made using this certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show.
Where purchased online the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others.
All bookings are subject to availability and change.
Gift vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry day (which is usually 1 year), unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if reservation/booking has not been made or the voucher is not presented.
