Pregnancy massage is specifically tailored to your needs, it is safe and available to you once you have had your 12 week scan, right through until baby decides to arrive!
Positioning during the massage
I offer the choice of several different positioning options for the massage. These are either side-lying, semi-reclined or I use the bodyCushion™.
The bodyCushion™ allows you to lie face down, whilst being fully supported and comfortable during your massage, as you have chest and pelvic support.
My clients have told me how wonderfully relaxing and comfortable they find it, but if you find that you are uncomfortable on the bodyCushion™, it is very easy to change to side-lying. So there is a position for everyone.
Proper positioning ensures your comfort and safety for both you and your baby. By offering all the different massage positions, a pregnant client can choose for herself which option feels right for her.
